Our farms are situated in Metcalfe, Ontario, approximately 20 minutes south of Ottawa. Our operations uphold the heritage of five generations of farmers, a legacy that we proudly carry forward. We are pleased to offer our valued customers quality, pasture-raised beef, chicken, and pork, sourced directly from our farms. As a standard practice, our beef is grass-fed and pasture-fed, with no grain finishing, except where special requests are received.
While we strive to keep our inventory updated, it is subject to regular change. For this reason, we encourage our clients to contact us should they require specific products. Regular stock is available on our store page, while bulk orders are subject to limited availability. We are always happy to serve our customers in the best way possible.

Why pasture raised…
Pasture-raised livestock farming is the practice of allowing livestock to graze in open fields or other natural environments where they can roam freely and eat plants or insects that are part of their natural diet. This practice helps improve the fertility of the soil as the animals' manure fertilizes the land. Putting livestock on grass or in another natural environment where they can roam freely, eat the plants or insects they naturally digest, and improve the fertility of the soils.
The meat from pasture-raised animals is known to be healthier and more nutritious than meat from animals raised in feedlots or confinement operations. These meats are typically lower in cholesterol and total fats. In addition, they have higher levels of vitamins and a healthier balance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.
