🐖🌳 Our commitment to regenerative agriculture and sustainable farming practices means that our pork is raised in a natural and healthy environment on our organic regenerative pastures. You can trust that our pork is of the highest quality and free from any added hormones or antibiotics.
Package of 2- Loin chop or Butt Chop
Pork loin chops: are a butcher’s cut taken from the pig’s back, near the spine. The cut of the meat comes from the shoulder and hip and is called a pork tenderloin when sold whole. Pork chops are sections cut from the larger pork tenderloin. Generally, pork chops are lean and are easy to prepare.
Pork Butt : This large, flavorful cut (often labeled Boston butt or pork shoulder. The fat content in pork butt gives it more flavor and naturally bastes the meat. Long, slow cooking on low heat brings out the juices and makes for a tender, more succulent cut of meat. These cuts do best with long, slow cooking and are excellent choices to be barbecued, braised, or used as stew meat, as well as roasted or cooked in slow-cookers. They also stand up well to strong flavors (think barbecue sauce or chiles) because they have a strong flavor themselves.
